1. Mount Bromo : Located some 4 hours drive from Surabaya, the capital of East Java, Mount Bromo is a part of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park that covers a massive area of 800 square km. While it may be small when measured against other volcanoes in Indonesia, the magnificent Mt Bromo will not disappoint with its spectacular views and dramatic landscapes. At 2,392 meters tall, Mt Bromo is not among the tallest of Indonesia’s mountains but its stunning beauty lies in its incredible setting. From a vantage point on Mount Penanjakan (2,770 meters above sea level), 2.5 hours from Malang. visitors from around the world come to see the sunrise over Mt Bromo. From this spot the vista is magnificent. All you will hear is the click of cameras as visitors snap their camera’s hoping to capture the incredible scene of Mt Bromo in the foreground with Mt Semeru smoking in the distance and the sun shining brightly, quickly rising in the sky.
  2. Mount Ijen with Blue flame : Ijen plateau, also known as ‘Kawah Ijen’ is highly recommended for nature enthusiasts and hikers. The Plateau was at one time a huge active crater, 134 sq km in area. Ijen is a quiet but active volcano, and the landscape is dominated by the volcanic cones of Ijen (2,368 asl) and Merapi (2,800 asl) on the northeastern edge of the Plateau, and Raung (3,332 asl) on the southwestern corner. 
  3. Tumpak Sewu waterfall : The first thing you want to do on your Tumpak Sewu Waterfall adventure from Lumajang is to wake up early. Be at the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall viewpoint for sunrise. Although the sun won’t be on the waterfall, this is actually what you want. The fog is beautiful in the morning and creates a mystical atmosphere. In the background, Semeru Volcano will be giving you a beautiful backdrop, while Tumpak Sewu Waterfall slowly comes into focus as the light increases.
  4. Madakaripura Waterfall : Surrounded by terrifically high rock walls, the Madakaripura waterfall flows down into a mystical natural chamber. Inside the chamber, sunlight shines through onto the lush green damp moss on the rocky walls creating an incredible natural ecosystem. This accompanied by the rumblings of water creates a scene that I’ve never experienced anywhere else

Sukamade Turtle Beach : The park’s major attraction is the protected turtle beach at Sukamade, one of Indonesia’s most important turtle-spawning grounds, where several species come ashore between October and April to lay their eggs. You’ve a good chance of seeing a turtle here; green turtles and olive ridleys are the most common. Giant leatherbacks used to be seen
  6. De Djawatan Rainforest : De Djawatan Benculuk is a unique forest of about 6 ha, located 45 km from Banyuwangi City. Through photos published on social media the area became a popular tourist spot. Since 2018, the forest has been developed as a recreational area. Owned by a state-owned forestry firm, in the past it was an area for the timber industry, growing Trembesi trees (Albizia genus), that are now more than 100 years old.
    Trembesi wood is an alternative to Teak wood in furniture production with no less quality.
  7. Baluran National Park :In stark contrast to the lush green scenery found elsewhere on the island of Java, the Baluran National Park, located on the east-most edge of Java, consists predominantly of open savannahs, where wildlife roams free. Here one can watch grazing, the large Javan water buffaloes called “banteng”, small Java mouse-deer is known as “kancil”, peacocks strutting about displaying their colorful plumage, eagles flying overhead and macaques fishing for crabs with their tails.
  8. Kalibaru Plantation : It have the biggest Robusta coffee processing factory in South East Asia. Besides coffee, here you will find cocoa and rubber processing. A lot of rare plants you will see here, like durian, sugarcane, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, and more
